How to Change Your Password on Migoza Digi-Tech
Go to the home page of Migoza Digi-Tech’s community and click on the icon located at the top of the circular shape in the upper right corner.
Select “Profile” from the dropdown menu.
On the new dashboard that appears, ensure that “General” is selected.
Below, in the window titled “Password,” enter your current password.
Confirm your intention to change the password by selecting “Yes” when prompted.
Continue by choosing “Settings” in the dashboard, then verify that “General” is still selected.
Under the “Password” section, type in your new password.
Confirm the new password by typing it in the designated field.
Finally, click on the “Save Changes” button.
Make sure to remember or securely store your new password to avoid any inconvenience. Changing passwords regularly enhances security and prevents unauthorized access.
If you’ve forgotten your password, here are the steps to recover it:
- Navigate to the login page and look for the “Lost Password” button below the login option.
- Click on the “Lost Password” button.
- Enter your email id on the page that opens and click “Submit.”
After clicking the “Submit” button, check your mailbox. You will receive an email from Migoza’s mail id. Click on the link provided in the email to log in to the Migoza community.
On the login page, enter your Migoza user id or email address. You will receive a second email from Migoza, containing your new password.
Use this new password to log in. After logging in, you can immediately change the password to something more memorable and start using your account
